An independent group of companies in Cardiff are now recruiting for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for all aspects of the finance function of business unit, from processing invoices to management accounts preparation and yearend. Working in a project led environment, applicants will be versatile in their approach and be able to roll their sleeves up as well as provide strategic advice. Finance Manager job description * Management Accounts preparation including P&L and Balance Sheet accounts. * Producing project cost reports, materials, labour, etc. * Working with external accountants on yearend statements and financial reports. * Complete VAT Returns, ensuring codes are submitted correctly. * Cashflow forecasting. * Responsible for all Sales and Purchase Ledger duties including query resolution, credit control, payment allocation etc. * Bank Reconciliations.
