Job Description CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our channel partner network and drive sales within these channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and proven success in managing and growing channel partnerships. Remote working Group Life Insurance – 2 x annual salary 25 days holiday bank holidays (increases with service) 4% company pension (increases to 5% with service) Company paid Denplan, Simplyhealth and Optical schemes Responsibilities Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our network and market reach Account managing existing channel partners Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies with channel partner needs Conducting regular meetings and communications with channel partners to ensure engagement and success Analyzing channel performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth Attending industry events and conferences to network and recruit potential channel partners Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams to develop channel partner marketing and sales strategies Provide regular training, support, and resources to enable channel partners to effectively sell our products or services Monitor and analyze channel performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize channel partner programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in business development, sales, channel management or account management Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset If you are passionate about driving business growth and have a strong understanding of telecoms solutions, we would love to hear from you!
