A welcoming primary school in the Bromford area is looking for a nurturing and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their on-site SEND Hub, supporting a small group of pupils with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a focused and well-resourced environment, offering tailored support to help children thrive.
The role is ideal for someone who has experience with Read Write Inc. phonics and enjoys supporting children with a range of learning differences in a structured setting.
The Role:
Supporting a small group of pupils within the school's dedicated SEND Hub
Delivering targeted interventions and phonics activities (RWI experience preferred)
Creating a calm and positive learning environment
Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers
Encouraging communication, confidence, and independenceWe're Looking For:
Experience supporting primary-aged SEND pupils
Confidence delivering structured interventions and routines
Familiarity with Read Write Inc. phonics (desirable)
