* Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
* Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.


About the area

Student Wellbeing and Engagement is part of the Student Life Directorate, which plays a vital role in delivering a world-class student experience. The Wellbeing team leads the implementation of UWA’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework, focusing on early intervention, low-barrier services, and proactive wellbeing initiatives. We work closely with students, staff, and community partners to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.


About the opportunity

* Provide specialist wellbeing support to students in the Business School and School of Humanities.
* Respond to disclosures of sexual assault/harassment and mental health concerns, including risk assessment and intervention.
* Deliver training and wellbeing initiatives to build resilience and promote a positive student experience.


About you

* Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (e.g., AASW, PACFA, ACA).
* Experienced in responding to sexual assault/harassment disclosures and mental health crises.
* Skilled in delivering wellbeing programs and training.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaison and consultation.
* Highly organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate & Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicant.
