Job Summary
Autism Learning Support Assistants are required to support pupils aged 2–19 with autism and complex needs within a specialist Birmingham school. The role focuses on communication, engagement and personalised learning support.

Calthorpe Academy is a large, well-established specialist school supporting pupils aged 2–19 with a wide range of complex needs. The school is seeking Autism Learning Support Assistants to help pupils access learning, develop communication skills and build independence. Working within a highly supportive environment, you will play a key role in helping learners achieve positive outcomes.
