Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teacher to join our team at our primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher looking for a flexible working pattern while making a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across the national curriculum, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity for pupils.

Location: NelsonSalary: £110 - £160 per day until AWR is addressed then paid in line with M-Scale of the role.Start Date: September 2026Contract: Part-time (flexible 3 days to job share)

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching primary school aged children
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is committed to providing high-quality education for all pupils
