Are you an organised and friendly administrator looking for a rewarding role within a supportive school environment? A welcoming local school in Coventry is seeking a Part Time Finance & Admin Assistant to join their team. Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration and financial operations of the school. This is a varied and enjoyable position where no two days are the same.
About the Role
Duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting parents, visitors and other stakeholders
* Processing financial transactions and maintaining records
* Assisting with year-end financial procedures and data input
* Providing general administrative support across the school
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous administrative or office experience (school experience desirable)
* Knowledge of financial processes and cash handling
* Good ICT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Familiarity with MIS systems such as BromCom
* A professional, approachable and team-focused attitude
This role is for 40 weeks per year, offering an excellent work-life balance around school term times.
Pay range and compensation package
£15,628 -£17,764 25 hours a week for 40 weeks
