The Role
You will be responsible for managing drivers, warehouse staff, and transport operations to ensure customer deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Duties include:
1. Managing daily transport and warehouse operations
2. Supervising drivers and operational staff
3. Monitoring routes and responding to delays or issues
4. Communicating with customers regarding delivery updates
5. Ensuring compliance with driver hours, food safety, and company procedures
6. Managing vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and damage reporting
