The team plays a crucial role in supporting colleagues across the organisation, offering a comprehensive range of digital training and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. As a Digital Trainer, you’ll help empower staff to make the most of digital systems and tools, contributing to the department’s mission of driving digital transformation in healthcare. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with most training delivered remotely and up to two days per week based at Sirona HQ or other sites across the BNSSG estate. Advert Supporting the Digital Training Manager in the development and delivery of flexible and inclusive training, ensuring that users receive the necessary training to enable them to have the relevant IT skills for their roles. Led, develop and maintain professional training packages including training materials, training records and evaluation and assessment tools. Maintain an up-to-date record of training and support delivered. Responsibility for delivery of Digital training courses, including production, distribution and maintenance of appropriate course materials, preparation of training facilities, evaluation of feedback from training courses. Identify and escalate when learners do not have the skills required to use Digital systems effectively and offer appropriate learning and support opportunities. Management of our Digital Training pages on Sirona Connect intranet (hosted on SharePoint). Configuration and maintenance of training environments. Participation in systems testing and co-ordination with configuration staff. Work closely with the other Digital Departments and Sirona’s Clinical/Corporate Services in delivering the aims of their Projects from a Digital Training perspective.
