Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with NHS standards and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor their progress.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications:
- Current registration as an RGN with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Previous nursing experience within hospital settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, independatly and adapt to different environments.
- Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care.
