You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders and have the opportunity to lead on highly visible business projects. We are currently embarking on a data governance journey at our site, and the Business Analyst role will play a key part in this transformation! What you'll need: Demonstrable Business Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment Expertise in designing and optimising KPI Trees and performance measurement frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAP, API, RPA) and business intelligence platforms (Power BI). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and facilitate workshops focused on performance alignment.
