Daish's Holidays is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at the Prince Regent Hotel in Weymouth. This is a full-time position primarily focused on breakfast service, with some evening shift cover required as part of the role. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes. Ensuring food is prepared and presented to company standards. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Supporting the wider kitchen team when covering evening shifts. Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures. Working Hours: Breakfast Shifts Normal days: 7:00am – 11:00am Changeover days: 6:30am – 11:00am Split Shifts (when covering evenings) 7:00am – 11:00am 3:00pm – 8:00pm What We're Looking For: Previous chef or breakfast chef experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
