A manufacturing and production client of ours near the Hadleigh area are recruiting a Document Controller / Senior Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Document Controller role will include but are not limited to:
1. Supporting project delivery teams with documentation and administration
2. Uploading/downloading documents and drawings across multiple platforms (Procore, Aconex, Asite, etc.)
3. Issuing drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and reports in line with company procedures
4. Maintaining accurate document records and ensuring compliance with internal standards
5. Assisting with the production of O&M manuals and site-based documentation
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
6. Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
7. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
8. Experience with document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Asite) preferred
9. Confident communicating with internal teams and external contractors
