Description
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity to join our Association as a Team Leader based in our offices in Leicester.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality, reliable support tailored to the specific needs of each young person entering our children’s services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.
* Provide first‑line management, supervise a team of staff, and ensure that young people are safeguarded, supported, and receive person‑centred support within our accommodation in accordance with people policies, the statement of purpose, legislation, and OFSTED standards.
