Process supplier invoices accurately, including matching to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Monitor invoice queries and approval statuses, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Liaise with department managers to investigate and resolve invoice issues, reallocating costs where necessary. Reconcile supplier statements regularly, identifying and investigating any outstanding or disputed items. Work closely with procurement and site teams to efficiently resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate records.
