Are you an experienced leader in fostering or related social care, looking for a fresh challenge where you can make a real difference to children’s lives? Foster Wales RCT is seeking a compassionate and skilled Team Practice & Performance Manager to join our Foster Wales Mainstream Support Team. Stepping into this influential role, you’ll guide a passionate team of social workers, assessor care managers, and support workers, all united by a commitment to delivering exceptional care for children living with our mainstream foster carers. Your leadership will drive a service that’s not just supportive, but innovative and attuned to the needs of each child’s unique circumstances.

You’ll oversee the development, support, and supervision of foster carers, collaborating closely with fellow Foster Wales RCT teams, Children’s Services colleagues, and partner agencies. As a vital part of the Foster Wales RCT leadership team, you’ll champion improvements, advance quality assurance systems, and work regionally alongside other local authorities to drive the highest standards of care.
