Job Title: MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are supporting schools in Rotherham (S65 & S66) in appointing an MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher who can inspire students to appreciate modern foreign languages and build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing.
As an MFL Teacher, you will design engaging lessons, nurture students’ confidence in communication, and create a supportive environment where language skills and cultural understanding can flourish.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver clear, structured lessons in one or more modern foreign languages.
* Encourage students to practise conversation skills and develop accurate pronunciation.
* Provide constructive feedback to help pupils progress at a steady pace.
* Maintain a positive classroom environment using effective behaviour strategies.
* Contribute to planning, assessment, and curriculum enrichment.
* Track pupil achievement and maintain up-to-date records.
Requirements of MFL Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience delivering languages within a school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching to mixed abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* A good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
