Job title and organisation: Finance Assistant - Accord Multi Academy Trust Salary: Scale 3, £25,583 to £25,989 per annum (actual salary) Hours: 37 Contract: Permanent Location: Accord Central Offices Closing Date and Time: Friday 5th June 2026 at 12pm To Start As Soon As Possible Accord Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint an outstanding Finance Assistant to provide essential support to our Central Finance Team. Based at the Accord Central Offices, you will work closely with academies and key stakeholders to help ensure the effective delivery of financial services across the Trust. We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong willingness to develop within a professional, fast-paced environment. Experience with financial systems and processes would be beneficial. In this role, you will support the Senior Finance Officer and Finance Manager with a range of central finance tasks, including processing invoices, managing BACS and cheque payments, and raising sales invoices for our academies. The successful candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to prioritise accuracy while meeting strict deadlines The position is on a full-time basis working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break per day.
