About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at our specialist care centre, you will:
- Provide personalized, high-quality care based on the latest evidence-based guidelines.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with NMC standards and company policies.
- Deliver clinical care in line with established protocols.
- Lead patient care management during shifts as required, ensuring the highest standards of service.
About the Care Centre
Located in the heart of Hertfordshire, our specialist neurological care centre provides comprehensive care to individuals aged 18 and over, living with a range of neurological conditions. We focus on optimizing health, improving independence, and providing emotional and social support, all through expert neurorehabilitation services.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse with post-registration experience and a passion for care.
- In-depth knowledge of best clinical practices and a strong understanding of the current legislation in the independent care sector.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and ongoing learning.
- Experience managing long-term conditions and strong clinical leadership skills.
