Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Continuous Improvement Engineer based in our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer you will proactively support our manufacturing engineering and production teams by identifying and eliminating waste on the factory floor, enabling continuous process improvement in an environment that has previously been largely reactive. What you’ll do as a Continuous Improvement Engineer: Lead and deliver safe, efficient production assembly methods while fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor. Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce production detractors, and consistently achieve standard hours. Drive process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance, optimizing factory layout, material flow, equipment, and tooling to maximize production efficiency. You are: BSc. in Engineering discipline, manufacturing, or related field Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and planning skills combined with a positive, effective team player attitude. Flexible and proactive, willing to take on additional responsibilities to meet demanding production schedules.
