This position plays a key role in managing installation projects from initial order through to final handover. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the full project lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery of installation projects Provide key support to the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Communicate efficiently with internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients Log and track enquiries, quotations, and orders in line with company procedures Accurately process new customer orders and maintain data integrity Raise purchase orders and manage procurement for project materials and labour Schedule deliveries and allocate labour resources to meet project timelines Prepare and complete project handovers with accurate documentation for service continuity Maintain up-to-date project records and assist with internal reporting Review and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices, escalating discrepancies where necessary Handle customer queries with professionalism and timely responses Adhere to and actively contribute to improving internal processes and project workflows Candidate Profile: A collaborative team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Office-based experience with high levels of computer literacy and confidence on the phone Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused, with a commitment to delivering quality results
