This is a pivotal role, essential to the smooth running of our college. The successful candidate will provide highly effective administrative support to the School Office and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring operational excellence across all areas.

* Collaboration: You will work closely and collaboratively with the SLT, colleagues, the Local Authority, and the wider Trust, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Who We Are Looking For
While previous experience in a school office setting is desirable, it is not essential. We are seeking a candidate who is:

* Proactive and Positive: Possessing a strong work ethic, a 'can-do' attitude, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* Committed: Passionate about working within the education sector and dedicated to supporting our students and staff. (Previous experience in an educational environment is advantageous.
