We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Head of Facilities Services to join our Senior Leadership Team at Eric Wright Facilities Management. This is an important role in our business and you will be working with our prestigious client on the LIFT Portfolio. You will have the opportunity to deliver strategic account management and support growth opportunities.

About you
Aligned to our ethos and values, you will be someone who is tenacious, diligent and highly visible, building strong, trusting relationships with your teams and working positively across the business. We’re looking for an experienced business leader who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment and brings solid commercial acumen along with proven P&L management experience. In this role, you take responsibility for £13m of TFM services within healthcare PPP contracts, lead a team of facilities managers to ensure compliance across the estate, and drive organic growth through extra works such as decarbonisation, digitalisation and change of use projects. Experience in Self Delivery and managing subcontractors effectively is also essential.
