Job Description
3. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
4. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
5. Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminate discrepancies.
6. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the group.
7. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audits.
8. Provide technical accounting guidance to internal stakeholders.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
10. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
12. Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in financial reporting and compliance.
13. Experience in consolidation and group reporting within the business services industry.
14. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
