As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll align our technology initiatives with our business mission, strategy, and processes to support our growth towards a tech-enabled future.
You’ll develop enterprise-wide architecture and processes to embed strategic change, digitize products, enhance member experiences, and drive our innovative tech strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and review of systems capability strategies aligned with business needs, securing stakeholder buy-in, and ensuring compliance with environmental trends and strategic objectives.
Develop and present business cases, support strategy development, analyze market and technology trends, and assess organizational readiness for change.
Shape business models and grow Enterprise Architecture into an internal consultancy.
What We Need From You
Extensive experience in policy and strategy formation, with the ability to build influential relationships at senior levels.
Proven decision-making skills for complex organizations, expertise in policy implementation, and deep knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and frameworks.
Understanding of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, and analytics.
Familiarity with ITIL, agile, lean methodologies, and system development lifecycle management.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
