Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant / Travel Coordinator to support our management team and oversee travel logistics for our staff, actors, and makeup artists. This role combines general administrative duties with responsibility for arranging complex domestic and international travel.
Duties
* Administration & Office Support: Filing, record-keeping, stock taking, ordering supplies, and ad hoc admin tasks.
* Staff Support & Communication: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring clear communication and professional handling of personnel matters.
* Travel Coordination: Book and manage flights, hotels, trains, and car rentals for team members in the UK and abroad.
* Itinerary & Documentation: Prepare clear travel itineraries; assist with visas (if applicable), passports, and insurance requirements.
* Supplier & Budget Management: Build relationships with travel providers; monitor budgets and track expenses.
* Emergency Response: Provide swift solutions for travel issues (e.g., delays, cancellations).
Requirements
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to think on your feet, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and professional approach to staff and external partners.
* Previous admin experience essential; experience in travel logistics advantageous but not essential.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, and online booking platforms.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
