Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to deliver effective client services while achieving business KPI’s, SLA’s, and financial performance
* Coach and mentor team members to ensure best practice and effective service delivery
* Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities
* Monitor and analyse management information (MI), preparing reports and supporting audits
* Provide technical supervision on litigated cases and guide the team on case strategy
* Manage your own litigated caseload including OIC, small claims, MOJ, Fast Track, Intermediate Track, and Multi-Track cases up to £100,000
* Collaborate with the wider firm on operational projects and daily team operations
* Support client relationships, participate in tenders, and contribute to the firm’s growth
What You Need to Succeed
* Strong litigation background with previous management experience
* Expertise in managing a litigated caseload and providing technical supervision
* Proven ability to coach and develop a team to achieve high performance
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
* Experience managing personal injury claims in various legal spaces, including OIC, small claims, Fast Track, and Multi-Track
