* Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Spa Training, Sales) to ensure seamless execution.
* Create, maintain and update CPAs and product forecasts.
Product Development & Quality
* Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to develop formulations and packaging that uphold Aromatherapy Associate’s quality, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
* Manage the packaging artwork process for new and existing products.
* Work with the in-house Graphic Designer to brief, develop, and refine sleeves, inserts and packaging in line with product and brand objectives.
* Conduct and analyse consumer testing, supporting claim validation and perception studies.
Commercial & Marketing Support
* Support pricing, margin, and COGs analysis to ensure commercial viability.
* Monitor and report on product performance, making recommendations for optimisation.
Person Specification
As a Product Manager, you will bring strong project management expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the product development process. You will be driven to deliver excellence at every stage - ensuring all launches are executed on time, within budget, and in line with brand and quality standards. With a proactive and solutions-focused approach, you will play a pivotal role in bringing products to market seamlessly, meeting deadlines while upholding the integrity and vision of the Aromatherapy Associates brand.
