Your New Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a busy and well-respected Commercial team. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients operating across technology, digital services, IP-rich industries, fintech, E-commerce, and innovative fast-growth sectors. Duties will involve drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, including supply and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and high-value service agreements. You will also gain meaningful exposure to matters involving technology contracts, IP rights, software and IT agreements, digital commerce, data-related issues, and wider tech-enabled commercial projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed
