What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and developing field + regional sales teams
* Driving growth across B2B & B2C channels
* Owning the full commercial cycle end‑to‑end
* Using CRM/data to improve performance and conversion
* Partnering with marketing to maximise pipeline
* Identifying new markets and revenue streams

* Proven B2B sales leadership (field + telesales teams)
* Track record of delivering serious revenue growth
* Experience in FMCG / product‑led environments (ideal)
