Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Business to join the existing team on an initial 6month contract.
Required Skills:
1. Delivery of digital releases end to end and other changes to digital channels from inception through to post-live validation and monitoring; making sure that the brand, customer experience and impacts on engagement are considered at every stage
2. Plan, run and deliver activities in a timely manner to support implementation of new releases across digital platforms
3. Contribute to the evaluation and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
7. Analyse data to support decision-making and identify trends.
