Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity to support us here at Phoenix Group as a Business Analyst in our Asset Management function.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: This role will be based in our Telford office, offering flexible and hybrid working, with time spent between the office and working from home. There will be some travel between our London and Edinburgh offices required.

The role
This role is key to sustaining continued growth within the asset management function and will contribute to developing the Phoenix Group Asset Management vision, particularly in delivering a world-class Asset Management function.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Front office teams, understanding the trade lifecycle from both investment and operational perspectives, and an eye for detail to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
You will also be responsible for developing requirements to support changes to funds or operating models and working with business areas to implement solutions.
What are we looking for?
* Experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience applying analysis tools/methods across medium to large projects
* Previous UK market experience in asset management, pensions, and regulated environments
* Experience working with Front office teams, trade lifecycle, and direct investing processes
* Experience with the Aladdin system, gathering and interpreting business and technical requirements
* Understanding of collective investment vehicles within Asset Management
* Experience in large project teams, requirements elicitation, and vendor engagement
* Ability to develop and agree on operating models supporting business activities
* Strong presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and consensus building
