Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Climber within our Tree Surgery and Grounds Maintenance business based in Northamptonshire.
No two days are the same working for a wide variety of clients; from domestic jobs to large corporate contracts across various sectors.
You will be part of an experienced team with a good work ethic. The successful applicant will have industry experience, hold the relevant NPTC or LANTRA certification and be able to complete tree works both safely and to a high standard.
Applicants must:
* Have a minimum of 3 years climbing experience
* Hold all relevant NPTC Certificates
* Be highly motivated and able to work to an extremely high standard of both safety and quality
* Be knowledgeable on all areas of tree surgery, from complex dismantles to light reductions
* Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Be a 'can do', positive and hard-working person with the desire to deliver arboricultural works to exacting standards and go the extra mile for our clients
* Hold a full UK driving license along with B+E towing license (preferable)
In return we are offering an attractive annual salary of £40-£45k dependent on knowledge and experience, with 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays). Full PPE and uniform will be provided along with access to excellent resources and equipment and ongoing training.
This role is being offered on a full time basis, Monday to Friday. Salary to be discussed at interview, dependant upon experience and knowledge.
