Templeton House Care Home in Ayr provides exceptional care for up to 69 residents in a picturesque, tranquil setting. With modern amenities including a cinema room and hair salon, we are proud to deliver outstanding Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care in a warm and homely environment.

What You Will Do You will provide person-centred nursing care, administer medication safely, and lead your team with confidence. You will collaborate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to create detailed care plans, carry out clinical observations and maintain accurate records. You will monitor wellbeing, respond to emergencies and ensure every resident is treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC PIN
* Previous experience in a care home is welcomed but not essential
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork
* Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
