DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greethotel guests and respond positively to their queries.
* Replaceused towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
* Sweepand mop floors.
* Dustand polish furniture.
* Emptytrash containers and ashtrays.
* Checkthe mini bar, adding up the daily drinks bill and refilling it.
* Reportany technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the HousekeepingManager.
* Returnand restock cleaning cart at shift end.
* Collectlaundry and dry cleaning for guests.
* Sortand count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company.
* Complyto all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
