Title: IT Systems Analyst (Contract) Fully on-site; must be a car driver Location: Stansted Salary: Guide; £300 - £400 per day depending on experience We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Systems Analyst (Contract). This role spans 1st to 3rd line support, with responsibilities ranging from endpoint management to application troubleshooting and network diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of working independently across a broad range of technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st to 3rd line support for end users across multiple sites and remote locations. Manage and support Windows 11 endpoints. Manage and support Android and iOS mobile devices. Application support for industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools). Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Document processes, configurations, and resolutions in the IT knowledge base. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and hardware provisioning.Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a broad IT support role, engineering or construction sector experience an advantage but not essential.
