The Role

* Elite calendar and scheduling management across multiple time zones, with complex international coordination

* Preparation and organisation of board papers, executive meetings, and strategic engagements

* Operating within a formal, traditional office structure alongside household teams
The Candidate

* Demonstrable experience supporting principals at Chairman level

* Advanced Microsoft Outlook proficiency — this is essential and will be tested

* Background in UHNW environments, private banking, family offices, or senior corporate settings

* Impeccable judgement, discretion, and anticipation skills

* Composed, and comfortable with hierarchy and formality
