Title: Senior Risk Analyst
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
London: 3 days per week in the office
Lutine Bell is partnering with a global insurance organisation to hire a Senior Risk Analyst into its established Enterprise Risk team.
This is a high-impact role with genuine visibility across the business, supporting senior stakeholders and shaping the organisation’s approach to risk.
Operating within the Second Line of Defence, you’ll take a leading role in core ERM activities, driving insight, challenge, and continuous improvement across the framework.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with the Head of ERM to evolve and embed the risk management framework across the business
* Taking ownership of key components of the ORSA, delivering robust analysis and clear, decision-useful insights
* Leading the end-to-end production of risk reporting, including Board and committee-level outputs
* Delivering independent challenge through risk reviews, deep dives, and formal risk opinions
* Supporting the development and optimisation of GRC systems and risk processes
What you’ll need:
* 4+ years’ experience within Risk Management
* Insurance Industry experience
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
