We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
* Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
* Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local developments.
* Prepare marketing materials for properties, including photographs and descriptions.
* Provide administrative support as required to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
* Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
