Cruz the juice Ltd is a leading supplier of juicing equipment & ingredients to cafés / restaurants and bars.
We are urgently seeking a self-employed Admin / Office Assistant to work alongside our existing office manager to oversee all aspects of the general day to day running of our office.
Job role includes:-
* General admin including invoicing, stock management, liaising with customers, taking customer orders via email or over the phone, ordering stock and helping with packing stock during busy periods or when our existing stock controller / delivery driver is away
* 2 days per week – Monday & Wednesday & to be possibly increased to 3 days depending on skills.
You
* You need to be used to working in an office environment, excellent with customers, resilient, confident, enthusiastic, willing to chip in with a bit of everything, within an easy going, flexible environment.
* Good computer skills, and a working knowledge of Xero would be useful although training can be given.
* Please note as this is a self-employed roll you will be responsible for your own taxes and self employment contribution.
