About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Support senior sales staff in managing a broad customer base across biotech, pharma, and academic sectors
* Handle inbound customer requests and qualify new leads
* Learn to present our product portfolio and value proposition with clarity and confidence
* Assist in preparing quotations, responding to tenders, and coordinating logistics with internal teams
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and assist in pipeline reporting
What We’re Looking For
1. Degree (MSc or higher) in a life sciences-related field: Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, Biochemistry, or similar
2. 0–1 year of commercial experience (internships, inside sales, customer-facing roles all welcome)
