Consumer Engagement Website Manager – Northern Europe Hub (UK & Nordics)
FMCG experience required | Project Management & Consumer Content Focus
Are you passionate about creating consumer-first digital experiences? We’re looking for a Website Manager who can own the planning, execution, and optimization of content across our Northern Europe Hub websites. This is not a technical build role – you’ll collaborate with technical teams, but your focus will be content strategy, consumer engagement, and stakeholder management.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and execute the website content strategy for UK & Nordic markets.
* Coordinate global and local content, ensuring relevance and impact for consumers.
* Partner with creative agencies to localize global campaigns and create compelling local content.
* Use consumer research data to shape content decisions and improve user experience.
* Optimize content for SEO and leverage analytics to measure performance and drive improvements.
* Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across marketing, legal, and digital teams.
What we’re looking for:
* FMCG background with proven experience in consumer marketing on websites.
* Strong project management skills – able to deliver complex projects under tight timelines.
* Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and consumer insights.
* Skilled at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize performance.
