As Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for shaping and driving the overall marketing strategy, elevating the brand and ensuring marketing is aligned with the company's ambitious growth plans
I'm partnering with an incredible, family-run business based on the outskirts of Stansted that continues to go from strength to strength. This is a company that has built an outstanding reputation in its space through innovation, quality and a truly positive culture.
They're growing, investing in the future, and as a result have created a brand-new Head of Marketing position.
But before we dive into the role itself, it's worth mentioning the environment. Because it says a lot about a company.

The expectation is that you'll primarily be office-based (around four days a week), but once you experience the space and meet the team, you'll understand why. That said, there can be flexibility where needed.
Lead the development and delivery of the company's rebrand, from strategy through to internal and external launch
Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual direction in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, aligned with sales and business growth goals
Create quarterly and annual marketing plans that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention
Strengthen collaboration with the Sales team to improve campaign performance and sales enablement materials.
Manage a small in-house team and external suppliers to deliver consistent, high quality marketing input
Manage marketing budget
This role is 50% experience and 50% personality.
They're looking for someone who can bring energy, ideas, and presence into the business. Someone who is confident leading marketing strategy but equally comfortable collaborating with teams across the organisation.
You'll likely have:
8+ years' experience in marketing
Experience in a strategic or leadership marketing role
A strong understanding of B2B marketing within the built environment or design-led sectorsIndustry experience is essential, and you will ideally come from one of the following sectors:
Office fit-out
B2B furniture
B2B lightingThis background will allow you to quickly understand the market, customers, and commercial landscape.
You'll bring together strategy, creativity and leadership, working closely with the senior team to ensure the business continues to stand out in a competitive market.

£80,000 base salary
