McCarthy Stone are recruiting for a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join the team at our prestigious Lambrook Court development based in Bath, Somerset.
Built in 2017, Lambrook Court is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 50 apartments designed for the over 70s, providing excellent on-site facilities within beautiful grounds.
Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour for day shifts and £12.24 per hour for sleeping night shifts. Plus, earn an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: To cover shifts on an 'as and when' basis, to be discussed with the development manager.
Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.
Relief Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support to homeowners during that period.

About you:
* Warm, friendly, organized, self-motivated with experience in care/support environments and excellent skills
* Interest in working in health and social care, ideally with a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults), or relevant experience and qualifications
* Willing to manage security, safety, and wellbeing of residents, and oversee care/support teams
* Able to facilitate activities that promote community spirit
* Motivated to develop skills, lead by example, and think quickly
* Committed to enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people
