The Reception class includes three children with SEN (one with an EHCP) and a dedicated teaching assistant to support learning and inclusion. Responsibilities • Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). • Create a nurturing classroom environment where all children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. • Work closely with the SEN team and support staff to provide targeted, inclusive learning experiences. • Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider school community. Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and EYFS teaching experience. • A warm, patient, and collaborative approach to teaching. • Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
