Warehouse / Production Operative (Long-term Temp)Location: Maidstone - due to the location, you'll need your own transportShifts available: 6am-2pm (Mornings) or 2pm-10pm (Evenings)
HRGO are recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established, modern site just outside Maidstone. If you like hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
* Working on a production line to meet daily targets
* Assembling components (sometimes using small hand tools)
* Following processes carefully to maintain quality and consistency
* Working independently when needed, and collaborating well with colleagues
Essential requirements:
* Previous experience in a production/warehouse/manufacturing environment
* Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly
* Own vehicle (required due to site location and shift times)
Desirable (not essential):
* Knowledge of injection-moulded materials
* Comfortable with roles that may involve heavier lifting (we'll discuss requirements before placing you)
* Forklift licence
