We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Stevenage. This is a varied administration role where you will be supporting with the day-to-day coordination of jobs and ensuring internal systems and processes are kept up to date.
Responsibilities
* Raising and processing jobs on the internal system
* Managing and responding to the Solutions mailbox
* Supporting with alerting and invoicing transactions on the CRM system
* Chasing and liaising with new suppliers
* Updating spreadsheets and tracking ongoing jobs
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
* Ensuring all information is accurate and updated efficiently
Qualifications
* Previous administration experience within an office environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude
