As a Telesales Agent, you'll be instrumental in growing customer value and satisfaction by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively engage with existing clients via phone to promote and upsell additional services, maximising sales growth. * Skilfully follow up with undecided clients, providing further information and overcoming objections to secure new business. * Maintain impeccable client records and update all interactions and outcomes on the internal CRM system. * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service, reinforcing the brand's excellent reputation in all communications. * Consistently work towards and exceed set KPIs and sales targets, driving revenue growth.
