2. Manage a customer portfolio, building meaningful relationships and understanding client needs to ensure profitability.
3. Prioritize customers to maximize revenue and meet targets.
4. Develop and maintain relationships, encouraging customers to utilize our full product range.
5. Focus on account retention through effective call cycles and collaboration with BDEs, monitoring buying patterns.
6. Conduct fact-finding calls to stay updated on customer developments and industry changes.
7. Manage group accounts, update documentation, and ensure excellence in customer management.
8. Conduct group customer meetings and follow-ups.
