* Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal legal policies, procedures, and templates
* Providing training to the legal team and wider business
* Keeping up to date with legal developments, proactively sharing knowledge, and contributing to the ongoing development of the team

What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for?

* A qualified solicitor in England & Wales (other suitable jurisdictions may be considered) with a minimum of five years’ post‑qualification experience
* Broad experience in general commercial legal matters, with a knowledge of intellectual property and data protection law advantageous
* Recent experience at a reputable law firm and/or as an in‑house lawyer within a multinational or large domestic organisation, with experience in the professional services sector advantageous
* Excellent negotiation skills across both legal and commercial issues
* A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Business acumen, commerciality and pragmatism
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment
* Flexibility in relation to tasks and working hours, including willingness to work from other LCP offices in the UK where required (travel expenses will be reimbursed when working from alternative offices)
